Paul Daniel Long Swann & Associates After nearly ten years in the real estate industry, certain immutable truths pervade my service philosophy. First, this is not a dress rehearsal. This is THE show, and we have one chance to make it right. This layover on the information superhighway is meant to inform and entertain, and it is quite theraputic for yours truly. There's lots to talk about, in life and in real estate. Please feel free to drop by often, and to engage in the running dialogue. Second, professionalism is sacred...but it doesn't have to intimidate. The real estate process has become less stressful, and more user-friendly. Paper storms have been replaced by bits and bytes, months have become days, and steps have been radically consolidated. The tedium of prequalification is now a shorter (and less painful) process than a Jay Leno monologue. In short, throw caution to the wind and ask questions. Last, yet perhaps most important, is the intangible value of real estate representation. The real estate industry has been in existence for over 150 years. If the human element of the transaction were not vital, real estate associates would have gone the way of the dinosaur. It is my fervent hope that this site will enlighten you about the communities in Central Florida, the lifestyle options of this fabulous state, and my passion for servicing this vibrant industry.
